Four Types of Rest
1. 身体休息 Physical Rest

- 放松 Relaxation (lying down, no activity)
- 轻柔运动 Gentle movement (stretching, walking)

- 早睡一晚 Sleep early one night
- 泡个热水澡 Take a warm bath
