Welcome to WuDong. By accessing or using our website, mobile applications, or other services (collectively, the "Services"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms").

WuDong provides the following services:

• 瑜伽课程 Yoga Classes: 各种水平的瑜伽流视频和指导 Yoga flow videos and instructions for all levels
• 精油教育 Essential Oil Education: 精油使用指南、配方和产品推荐 Essential oil guides, blends, and product recommendations
• 声音疗愈 Sound Healing: 疗愈音乐、自然声音和频率疗愈 Healing music, nature sounds, and frequency healing
• 中医智慧 TCM Wisdom: 传统中医知识和能量疗愈指导 Traditional Chinese medicine knowledge and energy healing guidance
• 心理成长 Psychology Growth: 自我认知、情绪管理和创伤疗愈内容 Self-awareness, emotional management, and trauma healing content
• 个性化计划 Personalized Plans: 根据您的目标定制的每日 wellness 计划 Daily wellness plans customized to your goals
• 精油产品 Essential Oil Products: 精选精油和相关产品（另购） Curated essential oils and related products (sold separately)

我们保留随时修改、暂停或终止服务的权利，恕不另行通知。

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Services at any time without notice.

3. 账户注册

3.1 资格要求 Eligibility

  Meditation audio and videos
• 瑜伽课程和指导
  Yoga classes and instructions
• 文章、指南和教育材料
  Articles, guides, and educational materials
• 软件、代码和算法
  Software, code, and algorithms
• 商标、标识和品牌元素
  Trademarks, logos, and brand elements
• 精油配方和调配
  Essential oil formulas and blends

未经书面许可，不得复制、分发或创建衍生作品。

Copying, distribution, or creation of derivative works is prohibited without written permission.

5.2 用户内容 User Content

如果您提交内容（评论、反馈等）：

If you submit content (comments, feedback, etc.):

• 您保留所有权
  You retain ownership
• 您授予我们非独占、全球性、免版税的使用许可
  You grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use
• 您保证内容不侵犯他人权利

7. 责任限制

Limitation of Liability

1. 间接损害 Indirect Damages: WuDong 不对任何间接、附带、特殊或后果性损害负责 WuDong is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages
2. 健康相关索赔 Health-Related Claims: 我们不对因使用服务内容导致的健康问题负责 We are not liable for health issues resulting from use of service content
3. 责任上限 Liability Cap: 我们的总责任不超过您在过去 12 个月内支付的金额 Our total liability shall not exceed amounts paid by you in past 12 months

某些司法管辖区不允许排除或限制某些责任，上述限制可能不适用于您。

Some jurisdictions do not allow exclusions or limitations of certain liabilities; above limitations may not apply to you.

8. 终止

Termination

8.1 您终止 You May Terminate

您可以随时：

  Stop using the Services
• 取消订阅（按订阅条款）
  Cancel subscription (per subscription terms)
• 请求删除您的账户
  Request deletion of your account

8.2 我们终止 We May Terminate

我们可能因以下原因终止您的账户：

We may terminate your account for:

• 违反本条款
  Violation of these Terms
• 非法或不当使用服务
  Illegal or improper use of Services
• 长期不活动（超过 12 个月）
  Prolonged inactivity (over 12 months)
• 我们自行决定的其他原因
  Other reasons at our discretion

终止后，您将无法访问服务，但有权获得已付费但未使用的订阅部分的退款（如适用）。

After termination, you will lose access to Services but are entitled to refund for unused subscription portions (if applicable).

9. 争议解决

Dispute Resolution

9.1 友好协商 Friendly Negotiation

发生争议时，双方应首先尝试通过友好协商解决。

In case of disputes, both parties shall first attempt friendly negotiation.

9.2 管辖法律 Governing Law

本条款受中华人民共和国法律管辖（不含冲突法规定）。

These Terms are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China (without conflict of law provisions).

9.3 仲裁 Arbitration

协商不成的，任何争议应提交中国国际经济贸易仲裁委员会（CIETAC）按其仲裁规则仲裁。

If negotiation fails, any dispute shall be submitted to CIETAC for arbitration per its rules.

9.4 集体诉讼豁免 Class Action Waiver

您同意仅以个人身份解决争议，不参与集体诉讼。

You agree to resolve disputes only individually, not in class actions.

10. 其他

Miscellaneous

10.1 条款修改 Modification of Terms

我们保留随时修改本条款的权利。重大变更将提前 30 天通知。

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be notified 30 days in advance.

10.2 可分割性 Severability

如任何条款被认定无效，其余条款仍然有效。

If any provision is held invalid, the remaining provisions remain in effect.

10.3 转让 Assignment

您不得转让本条款下的权利。我们可在业务转让时转让。

You may not assign your rights. We may assign in case of business transfer.

10.4 完整协议 Entire Agreement

本条款构成双方就服务使用的完整协议。

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between parties regarding service use.
